- The Core – focus on your balance and posture by mixing cardio with core-strengthening mat work that leaves you feeling strong and stable.
- The Stride – this signature class is 55-minutes on the treadmill with alternating intervals of walking or running and lots of active recovery. This class is designed for all fitness levels to add energizing activity to your day or help you train for fitness milestones.
