We’re pleased to share that Keurig Dr. Pepper and the newly acquired JDE Peet’s Coffee plan to stay in 53 South Ave. Burlington, MA. The deal totals 274,000 square feet, making it one of the largest Boston-area office leases in recent months, according to Cushman & Wakefield`s quarterly market report this week. The coffee business, part of Keurig, will remain based in Burlington, MA.
